Reel Exchanger
Easy to load component reel on the feeders. Before a feeder becomes empty, operators can load more feeders to reduce changeover time.
Manual Tray
This manual tray is placed on the feeder base to supply tray components such as QFPs, BGAs, connectors, ect.
Feeder Stacker
Easy to store and transport spare feeders to a machine or storage room. The Feeder Stacker helps prevent damages to the feeders.
Trolley
For a fast and frequent changover, the Trolley enables feeder setup for the next production while the machine is in use.
Off-line Trolley Setup Kit
The minimize job change over time, Off-line Feeder Setup software and this kit are required. Two trolleys can be connected to prepare feeder setup for the next production.
Bar Code System
As part of the Off-line Trolley Setup kit, the bar code printer and scanner system precents incorrect component loading.
Gripper Nozzle
This is the best solution for uneven surface components such as connectors and socket components. Nozzle tips can be easily replaced to adopt component size.
Stick Feeder
One touch installation and automatic power connection without a cable. Vibratory Stick Feeder supplies components in the stick or tube.
