Shuttle/Lift Gates

A lift gate or shuttle gate allows plant personnel quick access to enclosed areas, or convenient passage through long stretches in PCB production lines. A lift gate functions as an ordinary conveyor except the operator can easily pivot the conveyor surface up to create a path through the production line. Shuttle gates provide open passage through any point in the production line in the retracted position. When a board arrives – if the next machine can accept a board and the aisle is clear – the unit extends to bridge the gap between each machine.

PPM is always acquiring new inventory of shuttle and lift gates.
